First Look At Scorsese’s “Vinyl” Series

The first and very brief teaser has arrived for Martin Scorsese and Mick Jagger’s HBO production “Vinyl” which is set in the 1970s music scene and revolves around fictional label American Century Records along with the bustling punk and disco scenes of the era.

Bobby Cannavale leads the cast which includes Ray Romano as his best friend, Olivia Wilde as his wife, James Jagger as punk rocker Kip Stevens. and P.J. Byrne, Joe Caniano, Andrew ‘Dice’ Clay, Max Casella, J.C. MacKenzie, Birgitte Hjort Sorensen, Juno Temple, Jack Quaid, and Paul Ben-Victor.

Terence Winter (“Boardwalk Empire”) wrote the pilot which Scorsese directed, with the series to premiere in 2016.
