Fincher & HBO’s “Videosynchrazy’ Stalled

David Fincher’s newest project, the HBO comedy series “Videosynchrazy,” has encountered problems.

Ordered to series last month, the project was midway through production on its ten-episode first season with filming on the fourth or fifth episode underway when the network decided to reportedly shut down production.

Right now its future is unclear with Deadline saying there are conflicting reports of it either being completely dead, or simply on pause as Fincher considers a shift in the show’s creative direction. HBO reportedly called for the stop following viewing of some of the earlier completed episodes.
