While the number of deaths in the twenty-two James Bond films is somewhere in the 1,200 range, how many has Bond himself actually killed directly?
Approximately 352. That's the total according to graphic artist Brendan Dawes who has answered that question with this infographic inspired by the "Dr. No" opening credits.
The graph breaks down the Bond kills by each film, the big red circles equal 10 kills while the small green ones are one kill.
Pierce Brosnan's "Goldeneye" proves the most bloody at 47, followed by his "Die Another Day" and Roger Moore's "The Spy Who Loved Me" which both scored 31. On the other end of the scale, Moore's "The Man with the Golden Gun" features Bond only killing once.
