Jon Favreau will reprise his role of Tony Stark’s bodyguard Happy Hogan in the upcoming Jon Watts-directed “Spider-Man: Homecoming” for Marvel Studios and Sony Pictures says Variety.
Favreau, who also helmed the first two films, played the character in all three stand-alone “Iron Man” movies, but this would mark his first non-“Iron Man” appearance on the big screen.
It’s unknown how large of a role Favreau will play in the movie, but with Robert Downey Jr.’s Tony Stark playing a key role in the film – Favreau’s scenes will likely revolve around him. Filming is continuing in Atlanta this week and new photos are out of stars Tom Holland as Peter Parker and Marisa Tomei as Aunt May.
