Anthony G. Cohen has been tapped to direct a remake of the iconic 1978 Clint Eastwood comedy “Every Which Way but Loose”.
The film follows the adventures of a truck driver and bare-knuckle brawler who has a pet orangutan named Clyde. Together they find themselves in numerous messes.
The original grossed $95 million and spawned a sequel. James Fargo, who helmed the original, will now produce. Filming is set to begin in late spring.
