Filming is already underway on Zack Snyder’s “Justice League Part One” at Warner Bros. Pictures with various other members of the cast slowly being revealed. Earlier we heard Jeremy Irons is returning to the role of Alfred Pennyworth and promising the next film in the series will be “simpler”.
Today, actor Jesse Eisenberg hinted that his Lex Luthor from “Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice” will return for the follow-up. Speaking on a panel at MCM Comic Con in London, Eisenberg was asked if he’s returning. It seems even he’s not sure himself, telling The Hollywood News:
“I don’t know… I’m in like waiting. They just started filming Justice League so I’m kind of waiting for my crack at it…I think so, and I love it and I love everybody, it’s a really talented group of people obliviously so I certainly hope to be in it.”
Ben Affleck, Henry Cavill and Gal Gadot will be reprising their roles and are joined by Jason Momoa, Ray Fisher, Ezra Miller, Amber Heard, Willem Dafoe and J.K. Simmons in the film which opens November 10th next year.
