E3 2016: Dogs, Recon, Honor, Steep, South

Ubisoft kicked ass at its E3 2016 press conference with a strong line-up of sequels this year along with one or two new IPs and an embrace of VR and even co-op and multiplayer VR. Check out the full list of game announcements below:

Watch Dogs 2
The first “Watch Dogs 2” gameplay walkthrough has been released showing off the game’s new hacker Marcus and his Dedsec allies as they try to infiltrate the home of a social media mogul. The game comes to PS4, Xbox One, Windows PC on November 15th.

Ghost Recon Wildlands
Ubisoft has set a March 7th 2017 release date for the latest ‘Ghost Recon’ title. As the Santa Blanca Cartel controls the Wildlands and its people, the Ghosts are on a mission to disrupt the organization’s grip on Bolivia.

For Honor
First teased last year, two campaign trailers from this visceral melee combat game have emerged. Play as a Knight, Viking, or Samurai in a fast-paced single player and co-op tale as you embody heroes of all three factions to ensure the survival of your people and stop a merciless and bloodthirsty warlord. The game hits PS4, Xbox One and PC on February 14th 2017.

Take on the world’s biggest mountains with skis, wingsuit, snowboards, and even paragliders. Single and co-op modes are available in a game that looks like a true successor to “SSX”.

South Park: The Fractured But Whole
Cartman is determined to turn Coon and Friends into the biggest superhero franchise of all time in this follow-up to ‘The Stick of Truth’ coming to Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and PC on December 6th.

Trials of the Blood Dragon
The newest “Trials” combines its signature physics-based gameplay and gives it a neon-drenched attitude, this single player experience taks you through Vietnam, Miami, Tokyo, Outer Space, The Future and Hell as you take on all sorts of crazy athletic challenges.

Star Trek: Bridge Crew
“Star Trek” actors Levar Burton, Jeri Ryan, and Karl Urban show off playing “Star Trek: Bridge Crew” an immersive ‘Star Trek’ experience in Virtual Reality which allows for co-op VR play.

Eagle Flight
Developed exclusively for VR, you can fly the skies of Paris and participate in aerial dogfights. Team-based VR gameplay and multiplayer provides a challenge each time you take flight.

Just Dance 2017
The best-selling music-game franchise of all time returns in October on more platforms than ever – PC, PS4, PS3, Xbox One, Xbox 360, Wii, Wii U and Nintendo’s new NX.

Grow Up
A fantasy game about a clumsy and charming robot on a mission to find MOM, his parental spaceship. Leap, bounce, and float in a vast open world as he explores a new planet. It will hit consoles in August.
