“24” alum Cherry Jones, Red Hot Chili Peppers’ Flea and celebrated French-Canadian filmmaker Xavier Dolan have all joined the cast of Joel Edgerton’s “Boy Erased” based on Garrard Conley’s novel.

He is faced with an ultimatum: attend a gay conversion therapy program – or be permanently exiled and shunned by his family, friends, and faith.
Troye Sivan, Emily Hinkler, Jesse LaTourette, David Joseph Craig, Théodore Pellerin, and Britton Sear also star in the film which begins production this Fall. Focus Features will release it worldwide next year.
