Disney Open To More “Indiana Jones” Films

When Disney bought Lucasfilm two years ago, they made it pretty clear that all their focus would be on continuing the “Star Wars” franchise and that there were no real plans for the company’s other well-known property – the “Indiana Jones” films.

Since then there’s been occasional rumors that the company was considering a reboot, and that various actors were being considered for the film – none of which have been confirmed in the slightest.

In an interview this week with Variety, Disney CEO Bob Iger says the studio hasn’t made much further progress.

He claims they would “love to make another Indiana Jones movie,” however they are “pacing ourselves right now” and are still focused very much on “Star Wars”.
