Disney Chief Promises More “Indiana Jones”

Disney CEO Bob Iger has managed to turn the Mouse House into the biggest studio in town with his smart acquisitions of Pixar, Marvel and Lucasfilm in recent years.

In a new interview with Bloomberg, Iger discussed the future potential of “Star Wars” and the impact on the company. It was during this chat when the topic of other Lucasfilm properties came up and Iger made a quick promise: “and ‘Indiana Jones,’ by the way, which will be coming.”

The comments follow on from remarks by Kathleen Kennedy, Steven Spielberg and Harrison Ford in recent months about desire to reunite for another story with Dr. Jones and even a potential 2018 release date being rumored.
