Dimension Plans “Veronica’s Room” Film

TWC-Dimension are set to finance, distribute and executive produce a thriller film adaptation of Ira Levin’s 1973 Broadway play “Veronica’s Room”.

Levin, who also penned creepy classics “Rosemary’s Baby” and “The Stepford Wives”, created this story of a young couple asked to come to an old New England mansion being cared for by an older couple.

The older pair insist that the young woman, Susan, resembles Veronica, the long-dead sister of a woman who still lives in the mansion.

The caretakers say that seeing Susan will comfort the dementia-beset resident of the mansion. Soon Susan is not only wearing Veronica’s clothes, she is trapped in the house and the role.

Daniel Dubiecki and Lara Alameddine are set to produce.
