Dillon Goes Deep With Armored

Matt Dillon is in final negotiations to appear in the heist thrillers “Armored” and “Bone Deep” for Sony’s Screen Gems says the trades.

“Armored,” directed by Nimrod Antal (“Vacancy”), revolves around armored car guards who plan to empty their truck of $10 million. Columbus Short (“Stomp the Yard”) co-stars, James V. Simpson wrote the screenplay and Sam Raimi will produce.

‘Deep’ revolves around a group of bank robbers who team to pull off a $20 million heist, but their plans are intercepted by Dillon’s character, Los Angeles Detective Jack Welles.

John Luessenhop directs from a script he wrote with Avery Duff, Gabriel Casseus and Peter Allen.
