Nikolaj Coster-Waldau (“Game of Thrones”) and Christina Hendricks (“Mad Men”) are set to star in filmmaker Brian De Palma’s new thriller “Domino”.
“Kon-Tiki” scribe Petter Skavlan has penned the contemporary thriller about a Danish cop (Coster-Waldau) who goes rogue with the help of a fellow cop (Hendricks) to track down a killer after his partner is murdered in Copenhagen while Europe is being targeted by terrorists.
What the pair doesn’t know is that the assailant they are chasing is working for a CIA operative and is on the trail of the ISIS cell behind the attacks. The film is said to be aiming for a “French Connection”-style feel.
“Domino” will start shooting this summer with Antonio Perez, Michel Schonnemann and Jaqueline de Gooeij producing.
