David Carradine Found Dead In Thailand

Legendary “Kung Fu” and “Kill Bill” actor David Carradine has been found dead in a Bangkok hotel room according to various news wire services.

According to BBC News, a hotel maid found the actor in the room on Thursday morning sitting in a wardrobe with a rope around his neck and body.

The 72-year-old Carradine was in Thailand filming his latest movie “Stretch” and leaves a long career including more than 100 movies and countless television appearances.

Alongside his turn in the 70’s series “Kung Fu” that made him a household name, and Tarantino’s two-film “Kill Bill” saga that introduced him to a whole new generation, Carradine’s career is astonishingly varied.

Amongst the more notable film roles are the original “Death Race 2000”, “Circle of Iron”, “Mean Streets”, “Boxcar Bertha,” “Cannonball!, ‘”Bound for Glory”, “Bird on a Wire”, “Nowhere to Run”, “Q: The Winged Serpent”, “Epic Movie” and “Hell Ride”

His TV credits are equally massive such as the title role in “Shane” and guest starring roles on “Gunsmoke,” “Ironside,” “Partners in Crime,” “North and South,” “Matlock,” “Profiler,” “Family Law,” “Charmed,” “Titus,” “Alias,” and “Medium”
