Dates & Titles: Jack Ryan, Diana & More

There has been quite a few film title and release date changes in the past few days. So, it’s to break down the big ones:

There’s reports today that a new trailer is about to hit for the Kennth Branagh-directed, Chris Pine-led reboot of the Jack Ryan franchise. The title attached to that trailer? “Jack Ryan: Shadow One”.

eOne have announced a November 1st limited release for Oliver Hirschbiegel’s Princess Diana biopic “Diana” starring Naomi Watts. The film will then expand throughout the month.

The Paul Walker-led drama “Hours,” set against the backdrop of Hurricane Katrina, will score a limited theatrical and limited VOD release on December 13th.

Despite reports, Darren Aronofsky’s “Noah” is NOT being delayed and is staying with its March 28th 2014 release date.

Universal has changed the title of its Seth Rogen-Zac Efron comedy “Townies” to “Neighbors”. The May 9th 2014 release date remains in effect.

Akiva Goldsman’s directorial debut “Winter’s Tale” has announced a February 14th 2014 release date.

Disney’s inspirational sports drama “Million Dollar Arm” starring Jon Hamm is now slated for May 16th 2014.

Finally, Deamworks Animation has moved up “How to Train Your Dragon 2” by a week to June 13th 2014
