In the wake of the cancellations of both “Luke Cage” and “Iron Fist,” it’s understandable “Daredevil” fans are a little nervous the recently launched third season of the Marvel-Netflix series could be its last.
Those concerns were eased slightly today as season three showrunner and executive producer Erik Oleson has taken to Twitter to confirm he just pitched a fourth season of the show to Netflix.
That’s not a confirmation that we’re getting a new season but it certainly appears those who made it are trying. However, despite good reviews which labelled the recent season an improvement on the second, recent data from independent analysis firms suggests the show could be at risk.
Should it not be renewed, it would pretty much cement the Netflix Marvel universe will be closing up shop. The pair have both “The Punisher” S2 and “Jessica Jones” S3 coming next year
