Daniel Dae Kim (“Lost,” “Hawaii Five-0”) is developing the dramedy “Fast Company” for AMC Studios.
Based on the play by Carla Ching (“The First,” “I Love Dick”), the story follows a family of con artists who regroup following years of separation after one of their schemes goes awry.
Ching will pen the adaptation and produce for Dae Kim’s production banner 3AD Media (“The Good Doctor”). She will also executive produce alongside Rina Brannen.
The news come as 3AD have signed a deal with Amazon Studios who will have first-look rights to projects that are developed by the actor, director, and producer. Projects picked up by the studio will premiere exclusively on Amazon Prime Video.
