Excitement is high for the newest James Bond feature “Spectre,” but the film has unfortunately been making some not so great headlines for the wrong reasons – namely the now infamous interview Daniel Craig gave to Time Out in which he suggested he’d rather “slash his wrists” than do another Bond film.
Page Six now says that Sony Pictures executives have not been happy with the less than enthusiastic comments in not just this but several interviews, and have reportedly told the actor to tone it down. Their sources have also talked about a reason for Craig’s dissatisfaction which is namely due to the tough shoot for the film:
“They had problems initially with the script, Craig was injured on the set and needed knee surgery, and they were still doing reshoots last month, even though the movie is out in weeks. It was a very difficult shoot, to say the least.”
The complaints haven’t really affected the anticipation for the film though with two more TV spots scoring a release. You can check out those commercials below:
