Comic “Polar” Gets A Film Adaptation

Constantin Film has picked up the film rights to Victor Santos’ spy thriller graphic novel “Polar: Came From the Cold” from Dark Horse Entertainment.

The story centers on Black Kaiser, a master assassin forced out of retirement when he finds himself the target of a motley crew of a new generation of killers. Kaiser also has a “doting and protective relationship with the child of one of his former marks.”

Jayson Rothwell is penning the script while Robert Kulzer, Jeremy Bolt, Mike Richardson and Keith Goldberg will produce. Filming aims to begin in the Spring.
