Though earlier this week he shot down a bunch of the casting rumours surrounding his name, “Guardians of the Galaxy” star Chris Pratt has confirmed that if he’s rumored for a Marvel Studios project then chances are he may make an appearance.
Speaking with GQ, he confirmed that he’s signed on to do six movies for Marvel altogether with the first being “Guardians of the Galaxy” and another two being sequels to that: “I’m tied to doing three more, or five more, Guardians of the Galaxy or whatever it is, you know, two more Guardians plus another couple.”
That still leaves three more in which he might make an appearance with the two-part “Avengers: Infinity War,” “Captain Marvel” and “Inhumans” being the likeliest candidates.
Pratt has already begun prep for the ‘Guardians’ sequel and spoke about his first briefing on the film with writer/director James Gunn who wouldn’t give much away: “I got teary-eyed. He’s so f–king smart and peculiar… [Gunn] just knows me too well to tell me too much.”
