Hollywood hunk Channing Tatum (“G.I. Joe,” “Dear John”) is set to produce and star in an adaptation of Craig Clevenger’s novel “The Contortionist’s Handbook” reports Deadline.
Despite the title, Tatum won’t be performing any ‘downward dog’ manuevers let alone interesting acts of self-gratification. Rather, Tatum would play a forger capable of switching identities because of his adherence to a strict code of conduct.
When he falls for a beautiful woman with a dark secret, his own troubled past threatens to re-emerge.
Robin Shushan penned the script, though no director is yet locked and filming.
