Doctor Strange
Justin Theroux (“Mulholland Drive,” “Charlie’s Angels: Full Throttle”) is reportedly being eyed for the role of Doctor Strange as part of Marvel’s Phase Three plans.

Thomas Donnelly and Joshua Oppenheimer penned a script draft back in 2011, but no director is onboard yet. Theroux has had involvement with the Marvel Universe before – working on the script for the second “Iron Man” film. [Source: C.H.U.D.]

“Thor” villain Tom Hiddleston has confirmed he’s scored the title role in Paul Andrew Williams’ “Capa”. The project isn’t to be confused with the bigger budgeted “Waiting for Robert Capa” which Michael Mann is developing to direct.

Draft Day
Frank Langella has signed to play Harvey Molina, the fictional owner of the Cleveland Browns, in “Draft Day” at Summit/Lionsgate and OddLot Entertainment.

Kevin Costner plays the Browns GM who tries to trade up for the first pick in the NFL draft. Jennifer Garner, Denis Leary and Timothy Simons also star. [Source: Deadline]

Careful What You Wish For
Paul Sorvino has joined Elizabeth Allen’s thriller “Careful What You Wish For” at Hyde Park Entertainment and Troika Pictures. Sorvino will play a sheriff in the film which begins shooting next week in North Carolina.

Nick Jonas plays a young man who gets more than he bargained for when he starts having an affair with Lena (Isabel Lucas), the young wife of an investment banker (Dermot Mulroney) renting the lake house next door for the summer. [Source: Deadline]
