Sharlto Copley (“Elysium,” “District 9”) has signed on to play the hero in Ilya Naishuller’s first person P.O.V. sci-fi action thriller “Hardcore”.

Far from the Madding Crowd
Juno Temple is in negotiations to join Carey Mulligan in Thomas Vinterberg’s new film adaptation of Thomas Hardy’s “Far From The Madding Crowd” at DNA Films, BBC Films and Fox Searchlight.

Veteran comedy actor Paul Reiser has joined the cast of Jeff Baena’s indie horror comedy “Life After Beth”. Reiser will be playing plays the lead character’s father.
Dane DeHaan plays a young man who struggles to continue his relationship with his girlfriend Beth (Aubrey Plaza) after she is resurrected from the dead. Shooting begins this week in Los Angeles. [Source: Heat Vision]
