Jeremy Sumpter, Phoebe Tonkin and Sebastian Koch are in talks to star in Jim Gillespie’s young adult thriller “Take Down”. Filming is scheduled to start in April.

Cuba Gooding Jr. has joined Allan Ungar’s action thriller “Gridlocked” at Hackybox Pictures. Filming begins this Spring in Toronto and London, Ontario.

The actor plays play a former SWAT leader who is being shadowed by an arrogant movie star. Together, they must organize an attack on a training facility to fight back against a team of mercenaries. [Source: THR]

The Way of the Eagle
Jean Reno and Manuel Camacho have joined the cast for Gerardo Olivares’ “The Way of the Eagle” which combines English-language scripted narrative with wildlife footage. An early 2015 release is being targeted.

Camacho plays a troubled boy who finds an abandoned eagle chick and together they struggle to find a new beginning. Reno will play a mountain man who forms a bond with the young man. [Source: THR]
