Dylan Minnette has joined the film adaptation of Judith Viorst’s children’s novel “Alexander And The Terrible, Horrible, No Good, Very Bad Day” at Disney Pictures.

Hot Tub Time Machine 2
Bianca Haase has joined the cast of “Hot Tub Time Machine 2” at MGM. Haase will essentially serve as a love interest for Clark Duke’s character.

Haase will play Sophie, a sweet but tightly-wound coat check girl in 2014 who has loosened up considerably ten years into the future. Filming is underway in New Orleans. [Source: Deadline]

Shohreh Aghdashloo (“24,” “House Of Saddam”) has joined the cast of the Jon Stewart directed “Rosewater” which will soon shoot in Jordan.

Aghdashloo will play Moloojoon Bahari, the mother of the journalist (Gael Garcia Bernal) who traveled to Iran to cover the disputed 2009 Presidential election – only to find himself imprisoned by the authorities for nearly four months. [Source: Deadline]
