The Courier
Gary Oldman will join Olga Kurylenko in the UK action-thriller “The Courier” which will shoot in London next month. Additional casting is under way on the Zackary Adler-helmed film which was penned by Andy Conway and Nicky Tate.

Kurylenko will play a courier whose daily deliveries are interrupted when she discovers that her latest package is a bomb aimed at killing a witness who is about to testify against a ruthless crime lord (Oldman). [Source: Deadline]

The Forgiven
Caleb Landry Jones will co-star with Ralph Fiennes, Rebecca Hall, and Mark Strong in John Michael McDonagh’s “The Forgiven” based on the novel by Lawrence Osborne. Filming begins this year in Morocco.

The story deals with the reverberations of a random accident on the lives of an English couple, their friends and local Moroccans who all converge on a luxurious desert villa during a decadent weekend-long party. Elizabeth Eves will produce. [Source: Variety]

Rose Byrne, Justin Hartley, Wanda Sykes, Ron Funches and Charlyne Yi will join Adam Devine, Michael Pena and Alexandra Shipp in the comedy “Lexi” at CBS Films.

“Bad Moms” helmers Jon Lucas and Scott Moore direct the story about what can happen when you love your phone more than anything else in your life. Byrne will voice Lexi, an omnipresent AI assistant who takes her job of ‘making his life better’ much too seriously. [Source: Deadline]

Jumanji 3
Danny Glover has joined the cast of the “Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle” follow-up at Sony Pictures, though details of his role are under wraps. Glover will star opposite Dwayne Johnson, Jack Black, Kevin Hart, Nick Jonas and Karen Gillan, all of whom are set to return.

Awkwafina is in final negotiations for a significant part in the film while Jake Kasdan returns to direct from a screenplay he co-wrote with Scott Rosenberg and Jeff Pinkner. [Source: Variety]
