Neal McDonough is in final negotiations to play the villain in Andy Fickman’s “Paul Blart: Mall Cop 2” at Sony Pictures. Filming begins in April.

American Sniper
Sam Jaeger has joined the cast of Clint Eastwood’s “American Sniper” at Warner Bros. Pictures and Village Roadshow. Bradley Cooper plays decorated marksman Chris Kyle.

Jaeger will play Captain Martens, who welcomes Chris back to Iraq for his second tour of duty and is his commanding officer on his subsequent tour. [Source: Deadline]

The Best of Me
Jon Tenney (“The Closer,” “Scandal”) has scored a role in the Nicholas Sparks adaptation “The Best Of Me” at Relativity. Tenney plays Harvey, father of the female lead.

Get Hard
