Nicolas Cage is set to star in Paul Schrader’s next movie which is thought to be “The Dying Of The Light”. The production is aiming to begin this winter.

Vanessa Hudgens (“Spring Breakers”) is in early talks to join, while Denis Leary (“The Amazing Spider-Man”) has already been cast in Robbie Pickering’s monster mash-up movie movie “The Kitchen Sink” at Sony Pictures.

The story follows a group of teens who form an unlikely alliance with vampires and zombies in order to take on an alien army. Hudgens would play a popular teen, Leary would play one of the town’s unfriendly but wealthy residents. [Source: The Wrap]

Black Box
Kelly Reilly (“Sherlock Holmes,” “Flight”) has scored the lead role in ABC’s limited series The Black Box. Simon Curtis (“My Week With Marilyn”) is set to direct, while Bryan Singer will executive produce.
