Following the teaser trailer and the U.S. poster in the past week or two, a new international one-sheet is out for Disney and Pixar’s third “Cars” film – this one likely not to traumatise your little kids as much.
While the new one does feature Lightning McQueen, he’s not crashing spectacularly here. Owen Wilson reprises his voice role for the film in which the character is suddenly pushed out of the sport he loves.
To get back in the game, he will need the help of an eager young race technician, Cruz Ramirez, with her own plan to win, plus inspiration from the late Hudson Hornet and a few unexpected turns.
Brian Fee helms the film which will open June 16th 2017.
