“Caped Crusaders” Gets An NYCC Premiere

Warner Bros. Home Entertainment has announced that the full-length animated Batman feature film, “Batman: Return of the Caped Crusaders,” will have its world premiere on Thursday, October 6th at New York Comic Con. Adam West himself with join director Rick Morales and screenwriters Michael Jelenic and James Tucker on a post-screening Q&A panel moderated by Sam Register.

The film takes fans back to the 1960s as Batman and Robin spring into action when Gotham City is threatened by a quartet of Batman’s most fiendish foes – Penguin, The Joker, Riddler and Catwoman. The four Super Villains have combined their wicked talents to hatch a plot so nefarious that the Dynamic Duo will need to go to outer space (and back) to foil their arch enemies and restore order in Gotham City.

The premiere takes place a few days before the Digital HD release on October 11th and almost four weeks ahead of its November 1st release on Blu-ray and DVD. Check out two new stills from the feature below:
