Cameron Crowe’s “Roadies” Pilot Online

Ahead of this weekend’s series debut, Showtime has made the premiere episode of the Cameron Crowe-created comedy series “Roadies” available to non-subscribers online. Crowe wrote the pilot and directs the first six episodes.

The premiere episode can be seen on Youtube, Facebook, Sho.com as well as multiple TV on demand services including as a free video podcast from iTunes. It’s also onShowtime on Demand, Showtime Anywhere, and the network’s stand alone streaming service available on Amazon, Apple, Google and Roku, along with Amazon Prime Video, Hulu and Sony PlayStation Vue.

The show will have its network premiere on June 26th. Luke Wilson and Carla Gugino lead the series which offers an insider’s look at the lives of the people who work backstage for an arena-level rock group. Imogen Poots, Rafe Spall, Keisha Castle-Hughes, Peter Cambor, Richard Baker, and Ron White all star.
