Call of Duty Tops YouTube Q2 Ratings

In the second quarter of the year, the reveal trailer for the upcoming game title “Call of Duty Advanced Warfare” garnered more YouTube views than trailers and clips from some of the year’s most anticipated movies and TV shows.

The nearly three-minute trailer nabbed 20.9 million views, ahead of the final “X-Men: Days of Future Past” trailer with 18 million views and the “Mortal Kombat X” announcement trailer with 10.96 million views.

Other clips that scored well were the second season trailer for “Orange is the New Black” (8.5M), “Dawn of the Planet of the Apes” final trailer (8.38 million), the extended reveal trailer for Fox’s “Gotham” (8.0M), and the teaser trailer for Disney’s Cinderella (7.5M).
