“Bond 25” Set Pics Reveal Masked Villain

As previously reported, the next James Bond film doesn’t begin its main shoot for a few weeks yet. However, due to timing in regards to a key location and seasonal change, some early filming has had to take place in Norway this week to capture an action scene on a thawing frozen lake.

Now, footage and photos from the shoot have popped up online and show what appears to be a chase scene with a mysterious wounded villain in a damaged white mask chasing a young girl through the snow. Neither Daniel Craig or rumored villain Rami Malek has been seen on set as yet so neither are in the photos or video.

According to reports from those in attendance, the girl acted like she fell through the ice with the masked man then seen shooting through the ice as if to try to hit her. There’s rumor the leaked scene could be a flashback of a young Madeleine Swann (Lea Seydoux) but that’s only speculation at this point.

At the current time there’s little to nothing known about the film’s plot or characters beyond regularly scheduled returnees like Ben Whishaw, Naomie Harris and Ralph Fiennes coming back. Fiennes confirmed a week ago to The Telegraph he hasn’t read the script yet as they’re still working on it.

Cary Fukunaga helms the film which is set to hit theaters on April 8th 2020.
