Ben Foster (“X-Men: The Last Stand,” “30 Days of Night”) is reportedly onboard Ridley Scott’s “Prometheus” reports JoBlo.com.
No official announcement has yet been made of Foster’s involvement, but if true he’s just another strong name added to an already impressive cast that includes Noomi Rapace, Charlize Theron, Logan Marshall-Green, Michael Fassbender and Idris Elba.
Meanwhile the purported “leaked synopsis” was shot down by Fox yesterday who called the report completely erroneous and countered with a much shorter but official synopsis:
“Visionary filmmaker Ridley Scott returns to the genre he helped define, creating an original science fiction epic set in the most dangerous corners of the universe. The film takes a team of scientists and explorers on a thrilling journey that will test their physical and mental limits and strand them on a distant world, where they will discover the answers to our most profound questions and to life’s ultimate mystery.”
