Three of the more high profile projects on the way in coming years appear to be headed towards the start of production.
First up, Ben Affleck now seems more certain of a start date for the solo “The Batman” film which he’s helming. He tells Variety this week that things are lining up for a Spring shoot: “We’re on the right track with that and everything is coming together. We’re still finishing up a script. I’m very excited.”
Next, On Location Vacations is reporting that Marvel’s “Black Panther” film is set to begin filming at Pinewood Atlanta Studios in Georgia on January 15th. Filming is expected to continue through to May next year.
Finally, actor Samuel L. Jackson has revealed on Instagram that he’s been in the recording studio this week for his first session voicing the character of Frozone again for “The Incredibles 2”. His reveal makes him only the second confirmed returning cast member so far, the other being Holly Hunter.
