Following their record-breaking “Fear the Walking Dead” and “Better Call Saul” launches, AMC has made it three-for-three with the debut of its martial arts drama “Into the Badlands”.
The series premiere last Sunday reportedly nabbed 8.2 million viewers in Live+3 results, 5.1 million of them adults 18-49. That makes it the third highest cable series launch of the year behind only those other two AMC shows.
The show as helped by its “The Walking Dead” lead-in with that show scoring 17 million in Live+3 viewers.
