“Avengers” Change Causes More Date Shifts

More films are shifting dates in the wake of the release date shift of Marvel’s “Avengers: Infinity War”.

Lionsgate has pushed back the Anna Faris-led comedy remake “Overboard” from April 13th to May 4th, while the Paula Patton-led remote cabin invasion thriller “Traffik” has been moved up a week from April 27th to April 20th.

The moves follow on from the Dwayne Johnson-led “Rampage” and the Amy Schumer-led “I Feel Pretty” both moving up a week to open April 13th and April 20th respectively as everyone is clearing out of the April 27th weekend.
