Atlas Goes From Shrugging To Kneeling

According to The Guardian, the latest attempt to film the Ayn Rand philosophical classic “Atlas Shrugged” seems to have progressed further than any of the previous attempts have.

According to the paper, Randall Wallace has been penning a “two-hour screenplay [which] is almost complete, and filming is to start this year with release in 2008”.

Angelina Jolie is set to star as Rand’s railroad heiress heroine Dagny Taggart. Lionsgate will distribute.
