Aronofsky Attached To “Good Nurse”?

Filmmaker Darren Aronofsky apparently still hasn’t settled on his next effort following “Noah” earlier this year, despite several projects of his currently being in development.

Now, his name has become connected to a film adaptation of the Charles Graeber-penned novel “The Good Nurse” reportedly setup at Lionsgate. Krysty Wilson-Cairns is scripting the true story tale which follows a nurse who was also a prolific serial killer implicated in the deaths of nearly three hundred patients over the course of sixteen years.

The book follows the murderous registered nurse who was a beloved father and celebrated caregiver, two former Newark homicide detectives racing to put the pieces together, and a fellow female nurse who risks her family’s lives to stop him.
