Perhaps the most anticipated video game for the first half of the year, Rocksteady’s “Batman: Arkham Knight,” has just been pushed back by the game’s developer.
The good news is this isn’t a long delay – just three weeks. Originally slated for June 2nd, it’ll now hit shelves on June 23rd. To apologise for the delay, Game director Sefton Hill sent out a statement to press along with a new seven-minute gameplay video from the PS4 version of the game:
“We’re a developer that hates to make any compromises, so we are sorry to say this means it’s going to be just a little bit longer until you can play the epic conclusion to the Arkham trilogy. As a reward for your patience and understanding, and to make the wait even more unbearable, we are pleased to whet your appetite with a new gameplay video of Batman: Arkham Knight.”
