“Argo” scribe Chris Terrio, who also worked on the scripts for “Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice” and the upcoming “Justice League,” has revealed one more DCEU project he’s tied to.
Deadline reports that Terrio penned the most recent draft of the script for the solo “The Batman” film which Ben Affleck was supposed to star in, produce and direct. Affleck has now dropped out of the directing part.
Terrio’s inclusion is of little surprise considering Affleck’s previous collaborations with him. He takes over work previously done on earlier drafts by Affleck and comics scribe Geoff Johns.
Joe Manganiello, Jeremy Irons and J.K. Simmons are also onboard the film which is currently seeking a new director.
