AMC Renews “Saul,” Sets “Halt” S4 Premiere

AMC has renewed the “Breaking Bad” prequel series “Better Call Saul” for a fourth season.

The Bob Odenkirk-led series was nominated for seven Primetime Emmy Awards and is the third most watched scripted cable drama so far this year among viewers 25-54, averaging 1.98 million such viewers in Live+3.

The renewal comes as AMC has also announced that the fourth and final season of “Halt and Catch Fire” will kick off with a two-hour premiere on August 19th.

The final season chronicles the tech industry and the birth of the Internet in the 1980s and early 1990s. Check out the first teaser trailer below:
