Amazon Renews “High Castle” And More

Amazon have confirmed that its TV series adaptation of Philip K. Dick’s Hugo Award-winning 1962 alternative history novel “The Man in the High Castle” has scored a second season renewal.

Ten new episodes will screen on the streaming service in 2016. That was just the start of a busy day of renewals for the streaming service which also renewed the Ron Perlman-led “Hand of God,” the coming-of-age comedy “Red Oaks” and the kid’s show “Tumble Leaf”.

The company has also handed out series orders to “Highston,” “One Mississippi,” “Z: The Beginning of Everything,” “Good Girls Revolt” and “Patriot” as well as children’s series “Danger & Eggs,” “If You Give a Mouse a Cookie” and “Niko and the Sword of Light”.
