Amazon Orders Peele’s Nazi “Hunt” To Series

Amazon Studios has scored the rights to Jordan Peele’s Nazi-hunting series “The Hunt” which has received a ten-episode straight-to-series order.

Monkeypaw Productions and Sonar Entertainment will produce the project which is the first new scripted series pickup for Amazon since Jennifer Salke took over the original programming division.

Peele, Tom Lesinski, Jenna Santoianni, Win Rosenfeld and David Weil executive produces the series about a diverse band of Nazi Hunters living in 1977 New York City. The group discovers that hundreds of high ranking Nazi officials are living among us and conspiring to create a Fourth Reich in the United States.

The eclectic team set out on a quest to bring the Nazis to justice and thwart their new genocidal plans. A global exclusive to the streaming service, “The Hunt” will premiere in over 200 countries and territories on Prime Video.
