Al Pacino Joins “Gotti: Three Generations”

Al Pacino has joined the cast of the true-life crime saga “Gotti: Three Generations” for Fiore Films says The Hollywood Reporter.

Pacino will re-team with his “You Don’t Know Jack” director Barry Levinson on the project in which he will play Gambino crime family underboss Neil Dellacroce, an associate and mentor to John Gotti Sr. (John Travolta).

Pacino joins a cast that currently includes John Travolta, Kelly Preston, Joe Pesci and Lindsay Lohan. Two key roles have yet to be cast – the young male lead John Gotti Jr. and his sister Victoria.

The news comes shortly after it was revealed that Oscar-nominated screenwriter James Toback (“Bugsy”) has been signed to revise Leo Rossi’s screenplay alongside Levinson. Marc Fiore is producing.
