Airbender, “Sex” Sequel Sweep The Razzies

M. Night Shyamalan’s heavily panned “The Last Airbender” and the much derided “Sex and the City 2” dominated last night’s Razzie awards highlighting the worst of the year in cinema.

‘Airbender’ snatched five nods including worst picture, director, screenplay, use of 3-D and supporting actor (Jackson Rathbone). “Sex and the City 2” came in second with worst actress (the four main cast), screen ensemble, and worst prequel/sequel/remake.

The only two categories that avoided those two were ‘Worst Actor’ which went to Ashton Kutcher for two roles in “Killers” and “Valentine’s Day”, and ‘Worst Supporting Actress’ to Jessica Alba for her four roles in “The Killer Inside Me,” “Little Fockers,” “Machete” and “Valentine’s Day”.
