ABC Sets Its Mid-Season Premiere Dates

ABC has firmed up its midseason premiere schedule and announced a Monday February 27th to Thursday March 2nd run for its high-profile gay rights event series “When We Rise”.

Next, they’ve set a Sunday March 5th premiere date for its TV series remake of the HG Wells/Jack the Ripper time travel tale “Time After Time” starring Freddie Stroma and Josh Bowman. “Once Upon a Time” also returns that night.

The new Jenna Elfman high-concept comedy “Imaginary Mary” gets a sneak preview on Wednesday March 29th ahead of its main time period premiere on Tuesday April 4th.

Then there’s the telemovie remake of “Dirty Dancing” has been set for Wednesday May 24th.

In terms of returning series “Grey’s Anatomy,” “How to Get Away with Murder” and “Scandal” are back on January 26th, “Designated Survivor” returns March 8th, “The Catch” begins its new season March 9th, and “American Crime” kicks off its third run on March 12th.
