ABC Renews “SHIELD,” “Quantico,” “Scandal”

The ABC network has given early renewals to the bulk of its established series.

Confirmed returnees include: “America’s Funniest Home Videos,” “The Bachelor,” “Black-ish,” “Dancing with the Stars,” “Fresh Off the Boat,” “The Goldbergs,” “Grey’s Anatomy,” “How to Get Away with Murder,” “Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.,” “The Middle,” “Modern Family,” “Once Upon a Time,” “Scandal,” “Shark Tank” and “Quantico” which will all have a 2016-17 season.

Several however still remain undetermined for now including notable shows such as “The Muppets,” “Marvel’s Agent Carter,” “Castle,” “Nashville,” “Dr. Ken,” “Last Man Standing,” “Galavant,” and “American Crime”. their fates aren’t likely to be determined until the network upfronts in early May.

The pickups are the first move by new network president of entertainment Channing Dungey following an executive regime change.
