A24 To Show Its Films For Free On Billboards

Boutique distributor A24 Films is set to provide free screenings of its films this Summer on billboards, but with a specific caveat – they’re showing in the primary setting of the respective film.

Dubbed ‘A24 Public Access’, the summer screening series kicks off on July 20th with a screening on Greta Gerwig’s “Lady Bird” in a Sacramento parking lot.

The series will continue to roll out throughout the summer with stops by a San Fernando Valley liquor store for “The Bling Ring,” a tiny town in New Hampshire for “The Witch,” under some elevated subway tracks in Queens for “Good Time,” in downtown Athens in Georgia for “The Spectacular Now,” and ending in Miami with “Moonlight” just blocks from a street that has been renamed Moonlight Way to immortalise the Best Picture-winning film.

Full details of the screenings are up on the A24Films.com site.
