Based on the true story of how powder cocaine turned into America’s biggest drug problem and how one man from the blue-collar suburbs became the 35 billion-dollar a-year conduit to the Colombian cartels. Stars: Johnny Depp, Penelope Cruz, Ray Liotta Josie & The Pussycats (April 11th) - An all-girl garage rock music band are "discovered" by a band manager from Mega Records. They soon have the number one single in the country, but suspect something is up and the company's maniacal CEO is behind it. Macy America's Sweethearts (July 20th) - A now split married movie star couple have to promote the movie they made together, even though they now detest each other. In the future, an astronaut goes on an expedition to find a missing starship and crashes on a planet where sentient Apes rule the planet and humans are mute slaves. Stars: Mark Wahlberg, Helena Bonham Carter, Tim Roth Apocalypse Now Redux (August 3rd) - Extended version of Francis Ford Coppola's 1979 Vietnam war epic. Based on Joseph Conrad's "Heart of Darkness", this follows a young army captain sent up river to assassinate the decorated Col. Kurtz who has gone insane. Stars: Martin Sheen, Marlon Brando, Robert Duvall Original Sin (August 3rd) - In early 20th century Cuba, a young tycoon is plunged into a life of subterfuge, deceit and mistaken identity in pursuit of a femme fatale whose heart is never quite within his grasp and who conned him out of a small fortune after a night of passion. It is the story of a mysterious man who enlists the aid of a brilliant young boy to save his life. Stars: Anthony Hopkins, Hope Davis, David Morse Zoolander (September 28th) - A self-obsessed male model on the way out is recruited by a rogue CIA agent and brainwashed into assassinating the president of Malaysia. Meanwhile, he also has to deal with nemesis - a younger, blonde model who is now the hot stuff. Stars: Ben Stiller, Owen Wilson, Milla Jovovich Joy Ride (October 5th) - A college freshman, driving cross-country to pick up the girl he loves, is goaded by his brother into playing a prank over the CB radio... ridiculing a lonely voice in the night. That voice turns out to be a trucker obsessed with exacting revenge. Stars: Leelee Sobieski, Steve Zahn, Paul Walker Training Day (October 5th) - This movie tracks the events of the first day on the job of a rookie cop working in the Los Angeles Police Department's undercover narcotics unit. His partner is Alonzo, a corrupt veteran cop who has some hard lessons to teach. Stars: Denzel Washington, Ethan Hawke, Eva Mendes Mulholland Drive (October 12th) - Originally a TV pilot, Director David Lynch has completely re-edited and added new scenes to make this a feature film about a woman with amnesia who finds an aspiring actress that helps her try and put her life together again. Stars: Laura Herring, Naomi Watts, Robert Forster From Hell (October 19th) - Based on the Alan Moore graphic novel. Whitechapel 1888, and a killer known only as 'Jack The Ripper' is going around slaughtering a group of prostitutes, and the troubled Inspector Abberline must try and solve the mystery. Stars: Johnny Depp, Heather Graham, Ian Holm Riding in Cars With Boys (October 19th) - Starting in the 1960's, spanning a 20-year period from 15 to 35, this is the story of a woman who had a son as a teenager, got married, got divorced, and eventually pulled herself out of welfare and into college, studying to be a writer. Stars: Drew Barrymore, Adam Garcia, James Woods K-Pax (October 26th) - Based upon the novel by Gene Brewer, K-PAX concerns a patient in a mental hospital who believes himself to be an extraterrestrial. Over time, his initially skeptical psychiatrist begins to wonder if there is any truth to his claims. Stars: Kevin Spacey, Jeff Bridges, Alfre Woodard Thir13en Ghosts (October 26th) - A family inherits a spooky mansion from their uncle. Years later he only appreciates women for their surface - until he meets a quite obese lady, whom he falls in love with. A young boy discovers he's the son of two powerful wizards and heads to a boarding school for wizards where he and his friends try solving the mystery of his parent's deaths. Stars: Daniel Ratcliffe, Maggie Smith, Robbie Coltrane Spy Game (November 21st) - A retired CIA agent is called back into service one last time to rescue his protégé, who was kidnapped by the Chinese. The movie is a series of flashbacks, also telling the story of the relationship between the spies.
